Job summary

PwC is seeking an IT transformation leader to drive a cloud-based time capture solution globally. You will coordinate with architects, analysts, development teams, and operations to ensure successful delivery and change management alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT transformation initiatives and operational projects.
• Experience in global, cross-cultural environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background in change management, PMO, portfolio management, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery.
• Knowledge of information security standards (ISO 27001 is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a cloud-based time capture solution across member firms globally.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders during implementation activities and workshops.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Development teams, and Operations.
• Support IT transformation and change management initiatives with leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align business requirements with IT capabilities.
• Monitor SLAs, drive operational excellence, and enhance user experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization efforts.
