Job summary

Spring Health in Argentina seeks a Global Care Navigator to support members on their mental health journey. You will coordinate care, assess needs, and connect members with appropriate services while maintaining high satisfaction and confidentiality.

The role reports to Clinical Operations and requires fasting-paced adaptability and strong collaboration. The position emphasizes English proficiency and Spanish fluency, a master’s in behavioral health, and licensure credentials.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist with a masters degree and credentials in Argentina.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care post licensure.
• Excellent written/verbal English as well as Spanish.
• Comfort using multiple computer platforms and learning new systems.
• Motivated to deliver high‑touch customer service to members.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients by phone, chat, and email; maintain availability during shifts.
• Guide care coordination: platform signup, troubleshoot tech issues, gather intake data, schedule/cancel appointments.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer to appropriate care level and modality.
• Assess crises and provide in‑moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
• Provide psycho-education, empathy, and motivation for mental health and related concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve member experience.
• Document and summarize patient interactions in English in Spring Health systems.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and internal initiatives.
