Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in Service Delivery Management, Client Services, or BPO/Contact Center operations.
• Experience with Service Implementation, SIPs, SLA governance, and post-hypercare transitions.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end post-hypercare handover for new GPC services to global affiliates.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with GCS, PMQ, Global IT, Quality & Regulatory, and Marketing/Sales.
• Monitor KPI performance and establish feedback loops to improve customer experience.
• Identify bottlenecks and design SIPs to improve service delivery efficiency and patient/customer satisfaction.
• Oversee cross-hub collaboration to standardize workflows and ensure right-first-time execution.
