Job summary

HRAnswerLink in Argentina seeks a Master’s level behavioral health professional to provide mental health and social evaluations for a diverse client group. You will conduct crisis evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with psychiatrists for patients with chronic conditions and urgent needs.

Required are an MSW or Mental Health Counseling degree and licensure as LCSW or LPC, with strong assessment skills and knowledge of DSM-IV-TR/ ICD-9/DM.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling with clinical training hours for independent licensure.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with valid credentials.
• Understanding of behavioral health diagnoses and state service delivery systems.
• Experience in psychological assessment across varying distress levels.
• Knowledge of DSM-IV-TR and ICD-9/DM mental health terminology and diagnoses.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional boundaries and ethics.

Responsibilities
