Qualifications

• Advanced or graduate in Social Work, Social Services, Psychology, Medicine, or related fields.
• Advanced or bilingual English.
• Experience in patient care (preferred).
• Experience in Research Centers is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Time self-management and goal-oriented work approach.
• Proactivity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contacting potential clinical trial volunteers.
• Reviewing profiles against inclusion and exclusion criteria of clinical research protocols across different therapeutic areas.
• Referring patients to the next stage of the offline pre-screening process.
• Managing sensitive data under strict quality standards.
