Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Global Care Navigator/Support Coordinator in Argentina to guide members through their mental health care journey. The role requires a licensed psychologist with a master’s degree and Argentina credentials, plus 2+ years of clinical care experience and strong English and Spanish communication.

You will handle intake, coordination, crisis management, and cross‑team collaboration, reporting to the Global Team Manager in Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist with a masters degree and credentials in Argentina.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care post licensure.
• Excellent written/verbal English as well as Spanish and comfortable interacting with members worldwide.
• Must be comfortable using multiple computer platforms and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients via phone, chat, and email, maintaining availability during shifts.
• Manage care coordination: sign up, troubleshoot, schedule/cancel appointments, explain services.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer to appropriate care level and modality.
• Assess and manage crises with safety planning and follow-up.
