ID90 Travel is seeking a Customer Support Specialist based in Córdoba, Argentina, to handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolving issues related to the platform. This long-term contractor role is hybrid and paid in USD, with a 35-hour workweek based in Córdoba capital.

You will join an international team, guide customers, gather feedback, and help improve product and service quality while delivering excellent support across all interactions.

Formación

• Proficiency in English (C1) required.
• English language teacher or translator degree or equivalent.
• Bilingual or abroad work experience is preferred.
• Experience in tourism/airline/e-commerce is a plus.
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
• Experience in remote work positions is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email or chat to provide support.
• Identify customer needs and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve problems.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions.
• Work with CS team and other departments to share information regarding customer needs.
• Conduct surveys to obtain customer feedback.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions to the technical department.
• Share customer requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Meet and exceed monthly customer support goals.
