Noovy in Buenos Aires is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to be the first point of contact for hotel customers. You will guide users through Noovy features, resolve routine questions, and escalate complex issues when needed.

This 100% remote contractor position offers flexible hours (16:00–00:00 CET) and international teamwork with a focus on delivering helpful, confident service online and via messaging channels.

Formación

• Native or fluent German speaker.
• 0–1 years of experience in customer support or hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new software and adapt to online tools.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for hotel customers via phone, chat, email and messaging apps.
• Assist customers with platform features, settings and standard workflows.
• Resolve Tier 1, non-technical questions in a timely manner.
• Escalate more complex issues to Customer Success and Technical teams as needed.
• Keep customer records accurate in HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Contribute to and learn from the internal knowledge base.
