AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment. You will design scalable platforms, own CI/CD pipelines, operate Kubernetes clusters, and drive security and reliability across time zones in a people‑first culture.

Formación

• 4+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform engineering managing production services.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision – build DevOps/observability roadmap for Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infra as code for AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines — build, test, security scan, blue/green or canary deploys, rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and workloads with Helm/ArgoCD/Flux; autoscaling, ingress, secrets, and policy.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog; metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting.
• Implement security controls: IAM, SSO, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy‑as‑code, PCI awareness.
• Lead incident response — on‑call, runbooks, blameless post‑mortems, reliability work.
• Partner with developers on dev experience, internal tooling, and self‑service.
• Help shape internal platform standards; collaborate with India and U.S. teams.
• Participate in a collaborative DevOps environment with cross‑functional partners.
