AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment. The role includes owning CI/CD, operating Kubernetes clusters, and implementing security and monitoring across multi-cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, DBAs, and product partners, with flexible remote/office options and a people‑first culture. Strong English communication is required.

Competenze

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering managing production services.

Mansioni

• Define DevOps strategy, roadmap, and observability for Data & AI teams.
• Build cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI with tests and deployments.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) and tooling (ArgoCD/Flux).
• Develop observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security controls: IAM, SSO, secret management, PCI-aware patterns.
• Lead on-call and post-incident reviews; reduce MTTR and toil.
• Collaborate with developers on internal platform tooling and dev-experience.
