Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Global sourcing experience across USA, EU, LATAM.
• Perfectly fluent English with strong communication.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Screen candidates and track applications.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate communication.
• Prepare and send offer letters per policy.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition tasks.
• Assist recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
