Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and attract high-quality talent. This is a full-time Independent Contractor role with hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across functions.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Fluent English; experience in start-up/scale-up environments.
• Remote/global recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support HR and talent acquisition needs and reporting.
