Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a full-time role (40 hours per week) in Argentina. You will own features end-to-end in your primary stack (Angular or Golang) and design multi-step business logic in your secondary stack.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and specialist engineers, write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and help improve observability with metrics for backend services and cross-stack tasks.

Formación

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in software development.
• Ability to own features end-to-end in senior capacity and across stacks.
• Experience directing AI coding agents and validating generated output.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end-to-end in your primary stack (Angular or Golang).
• Independently design and ship features in your secondary stack with multi-step logic.
• Use AI coding agents for cross-boundary tasks and review results before merging.
• Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for code you own.
• Participate in code reviews on frontend and backend PRs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to scope multi-stack features.
• Instrument and monitor code for observability (Prometheus metrics).
