• 5+ years senior-level experience in software development.
• Ability to ship features with multi-step business logic across frontend and backend.
• Experience directing AI coding agents on production code and reviewing output.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end-to-end in your primary stack (Angular or Go).
• Design and ship features in the secondary stack with complex workflow logic.
• Use AI coding agents for cross-boundary tasks and review output before merging.
• Write automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) on both sides.
• Participate in code reviews for frontend and backend PRs.
