AgileEngine seeks a Full Stack Technical Lead to own and resolve production issues on a live, high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to lead and mentor engineers through ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend in Java/Spring Boot and Python/Django.
• Frontend proficiency with React.
• Build, deploy, and release management experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Athena is a plus.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Data-driven approach to troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring product.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to triage support tickets.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations.
• Maintain event logic amidst dependency changes.
