AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to own and resolve production issues on a high-traffic hiring platform. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to mentor engineers and lead across multiple projects.

You will drive timely resolutions, monitor systems, and guide architecture changes while owning tasks without hand-holding. Remote-friendly, USD-based compensation, and strong growth opportunities await.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot backend stack (Event Management Backend, Lobby Backend) — first priority.
• Django/Python backend stack — second priority.
• React frontend development (Event Management Frontend, Lobby Frontend, IRL Frontend, Jobseeker Frontend).
• Build and deployment experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues on a high-traffic hiring product.
• Triage and address incoming support tickets with client-facing teams.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or degradation.
• Support architecture changes and integrations impacting hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic with dependency changes.
