Dev.Pro is hiring an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our remote-first fintech team, focused on enabling secure and efficient payments between bank accounts across the U.S. You will shape requirements and support delivery to improve payment experiences for merchants and customers.

You’ll collaborate with Product, business, and engineering to translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, while maintaining close stakeholder engagement and continuous process improvement.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, or SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, and workflow tracking.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and clarify incomplete or ambiguous business requirements.
• Ability to write clear user stories and ticket descriptions with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
• Upper‑Intermediate+ English level.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Product Owner and Product Manager to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, ticket descriptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements, resolving gaps and ambiguities.
• Act as liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolving conflicting priorities.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager, Architect, and development team to support planning and delivery.
