dLocal is seeking a Staff Engineer to join the Payments Performance team, focusing on optimizing payment performance, routing, fraud prevention, and anomaly detection. You will design and evolve systems for real-time decisioning, scalability, and cost control, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet current and future needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of OO design principles and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and Java frameworks (Spring/Hibernate).

• Collaborate with tech leaders to translate goals into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
