AccelOne is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 3-month, full-time remote engagement serving a U.S.-based real estate & property management client. You will translate business needs into clear requirements for web applications, APIs, and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.

You’ll gather user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows, while ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery in an Agile setting.

Formación

• 5+ years as Business Analyst, Tech BA, or similar role.
• Proven experience gathering requirements for front-end/web applications.
• Strong experience with business stakeholders, end users, and dev teams.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, middleware, and system-to-system communication.
• Comfortable reading/defining payloads (JSON).
• Experience with CRM platforms is required.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar PM tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional English communication for US stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into clear requirements.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for web apps.
• Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and docs.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product, and business teams through the lifecycle.
• Understand system interactions involving front-end apps, APIs, middleware, and CRMs.
• Read and help define API request/response payloads and data structures.
• Support requirements for system integrations and data exchange between apps.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze existing processes and identify workflow improvements.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
• Support clarification of requirements during development, testing, and delivery.
