San Juan Bank of America is seeking a senior financial center leader to manage a busy financial center, collaborating with senior teammates to ensure operational excellence and cohesive service. You will oversee teller line operations, policy adherence, and drive performance improvements.

You will lead by example, ensure directives are implemented, and take leadership in the FC when colleagues are absent, while coaching staff to deliver a world-class client experience and achieve market targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience in financial center operations preferred.
