EY in Argentina seeks an ET Risk & Compliance Governance Analyst within Finance to lead RACM governance for Finance risk & controls. You will maintain the Finance RACM, coordinate control design, and support ERP/ITGC initiatives.

This role collaborates with Risk & Controls, IT, audit and business teams to drive a consistent control landscape. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in technology risk, strong stakeholder management, and experience with SAP environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, accounting, finance, risk management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in technology risk, internal controls, IT audit, or risk management.
• Experience maintaining RACMs and translating risks into clear control activities.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the Finance RACM and related control inventory.
• Coordinate control additions, updates, and removals with control owners and stakeholders.
• Consolidate RACM/ISQM updates reflecting control design activities.
• Assess Finance applications and IT changes for new or updated controls (ITGC, SDLC, access).
• Lead control rationalization, identify gaps, and recommend design changes.
• Manage design and readiness for new/updated Finance controls with approvals and readiness for implementation.
• Coordinate inputs to annual ET controls certification and track remediation actions.
