Job summary

EY is seeking an ET Risk and Compliance / Controls & Assurance Analyst within the Enterprise Technology Risk and Compliance team. You will help build, monitor, and strengthen the controls framework across technology applications and systems.

Reporting to the Assurance & Compliance Lead, you will collaborate with technology and finance stakeholders, support internal audits, design controls, and drive remediation to improve EY’s compliance posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in IT auditing, technology risk management, or internal controls.
• Experience with ITGC, ITAC, and key business process control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Enterprise Technology, Finance, and other functions to align with strategic goals.
• Identify and assess technology-related compliance risks.
• Assist in designing and implementing controls to mitigate risks, with documentation.
• Support annual internal audit testing of IT controls and related processes.
• Assist remediation of compliance gaps and improvement plans.
