Job summary

EY GDS in Buenos Aires is seeking an Operations and Reporting Analyst within the ET Risk & Compliance team. You will support governance, reporting, and data management across the Risk & Controls Governance function.

You’ll design dashboards, maintain governance tools, and coordinate stakeholder activity, contributing to audit readiness and continuous process improvement. Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, Accounting, Risk Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, governance operations, compliance administration, audit coordination, PMO support or a related field.
• Experience developing management reporting, dashboards and KPI/KRI metrics.
• Experience maintaining governance records, inventories and compliance documentation.
• Experience administering SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Experience supporting audits, governance programs or compliance initiatives.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and organizational skills.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow, workflow platforms or governance tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain governance calendars and control execution plans.
• Establish governance intake processes and dashboards for leadership oversight.
• Prepare recurring leadership reports, updates and presentations.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and KRIs for governance programs.
• Track audit observations, actions and remediation status.
• Develop ad hoc reports, analyses and trend insights for management decisions.
