Job summary

EY in Argentina is seeking an Operations & Reporting Analyst within the ET Risk & Compliance team. You will support governance, reporting and tooling, coordinating data management and audit activities to ensure consistent governance processes across the organization.

The role emphasizes developing dashboards, maintaining governance records and collaborating with stakeholders to drive improved risk oversight and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• The role requires governance operations and data management expertise.
• Experience developing management reporting, dashboards and KPI/KRI metrics.
• Experience administering governance tools and supporting audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day governance operation and enable effective reporting and tooling.
• Design and maintain governance calendars and intake processes.
• Develop control and audit dashboards for leadership oversight.
• Prepare recurring leadership reports and governance updates.
• Monitor and report KPIs and KRIs across the function.
• Track audit observations and remediation activities with status updates.
• Produce reporting on control execution, attestations and program performance.
• Develop ad hoc reports and trend analyses to inform decisions.
• Maintain governance tools and repositories including RACM platform.
