Job summary

EY is hiring a Risk & Controls Governance Analyst in Buenos Aires to support RACM governance, control assessments and remediation across Enterprise Technology. You will help maintain governance records and prepare analysis for leadership.

Key responsibilities include coordinating project plans, producing governance materials, and collaborating with Finance, IT and Audit teams in a global environment. A Bachelor's in IT/Business and 5+ years in risk-related roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology risk, internal controls, IT audit, compliance or governance.
• Experience supporting RACM maintenance, risk and control assessments and remediation activities.
• Working knowledge of IT general controls, SDLC, access management and risk practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate projects with global tech, risk, audit and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain risk and control governance records and attestation data.
• Support control assessments, gap analysis and remediation.
• Coordinate RACM activities and project plans.
• Prepare governance materials, status reports and insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Audit teams to share insights.
