Job summary

EY GDS in Buenos Aires is seeking an ET Risk and Compliance / Controls & Assurance Analyst to join the Enterprise Technology Risk and Compliance team. You will help build and monitor the compliance framework, collaborating with stakeholders across IT and finance while supporting internal audit testing.

The role requires a BA/BS in finance or related field, 5+ years in IT auditing or technology risk, and strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency with AI tools and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in IT auditing, technology risk management, internal controls, or assurance activities.
• Experience with ISAE 3402, SOC1, ISQM1 or similar compliance management frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in internal audit, technology risk management, controls assurance, or related risk and controls functions within a global organization.
• Proficiency in AI tools, Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Planner, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of EY Service Lines and the business structure of Enterprise Technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align compliance programs with EY strategic goals.
• Identify and assess compliance risks related to technology operations and processes.
• Assist in designing and implementing controls to mitigate identified risks and ensure documentation.
• Support the remediation of gaps and the implementation of improvement plans.
