Job summary

EY is seeking an ET Risk and Compliance / Risk & Controls Governance Analyst to support RACM governance, control assessments and strategic risk initiatives across Enterprise Technology. You will maintain governance records, coordinate control activities and prepare materials for leadership reviews.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with IT controls and collaboration across global stakeholders, including finance and policy teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technology risk, internal controls, IT audit or governance.
• Experience supporting RACM maintenance and control documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain risk and control documentation and registers.
• Assess applications and changes for new or updated controls.
• Perform control gap analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Support risk initiatives and project delivery.
• Prepare governance materials and trend insights.
• Collaborate with Finance and RACM stakeholders.
• Share insights across ETRC teams.
