Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service.
• Experience with pumps, rotating equipment and related systems.
• BS/BA in a relevant field is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse Field Service team and coordinate training plans.
• Recruit and retain talent; ensure succession plans for critical roles.
• Support SHEA culture; manage site safety and risk assessments.
• Supervise technicians; review field service reports and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales on opportunities and resource availability.
• Ensure timely field service scheduling, quotations alignment, and invoicing.
