Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and develop the field service team, ensuring health and safety standards while meeting client needs in demanding environments. The role includes coordinating with sales, ensuring proper tool calibration, and guiding technicians on installations, repairs, and upgrades across industry sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in mechanical field service, experience with pumps/seals, and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant academic qualifications (College certificate/diploma).
• Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service.
• Experience in chemical, power, and/or oil & gas industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culture of ongoing development for yourself and team members.
• Recruit and retain a global and diverse workforce; manage succession plans.
• Support SHEA culture to reduce injuries and maintain safe work environment.
• Supervise Field Service Technicians and review Field Service Reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Ops to update opportunities and ensure product mix support.
• Ensure standard Field Service procedures, forms and systems are followed.
• Collaborate on tool calibration programs and capital planning for new tools.
• Meet with sales to present capabilities and future development plans.
