Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and develop the Field Service Team, ensuring safe operations and high-quality service for pumps and equipment across industries. You will drive scheduling, coordination with sales, and ongoing improvement of field processes.

The role requires traveling up to 50% of the time, supervising technicians, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer objectives and optimize maintenance outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of mechanical field service experience with pumps/rotating equipment.
• Experience in chemical, power, or oil & gas industries preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is highly valued.
• Ability to coach and develop team members; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Service Team's day-to-day operations and development.
• Recruit and retain a diverse, capable workforce; establish succession plans.
• Support SHEA culture to reduce injuries and ensure safe work environment.
• Supervise Field Service Technicians and review daily reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Ops to update opportunities and plan resources.
• Manage AMP scheduling and ensure technically sound quotations.
• Ensure standard procedures and tools are used across field work.
• Support tool calibration programs and capital planning for tools.
• Meet with sales to review capabilities and customer objectives.
• Identify asset upgrades and capture PT business during missions.
• Drive down job close-out cycle time and improve cash collection.
