Job summary

The role requires 5-7 years in mechanical field service, a BS/BA in a relevant field, and the ability to travel 50% with overnight stays. You will drive safety culture, oversee scheduling, and mentor technicians to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service.
• Experience in leadership/supervision of field teams.
• Experience in chemical, power, or oil and gas industries preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with overnight stays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field service team and develop technicians.
• Recruit, retain, and succession planning for critical roles.
• Maintain SHEA culture and safe work environment.
• Supervise technicians and review field service reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Ops on opportunities.
• Schedule AMP actions and ensure sound quotations.
• Ensure adherence to Field Service SOPs and tool calibration.
• Travel up to 50% and manage capital tool investments.
