Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the team installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing pumps and equipment across vital industries. The role focuses on day-to-day team management, safety culture, and ensuring service excellence in line with Flowserve processes.

The candidate will recruit, develop, and supervise Field Service Technicians, coordinate with Sales for opportunities, and drive improvements in service delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of field service experience.
• Extensive knowledge of single/multi-stage pumps and rotating equipment operation.
• Experience in chemical, power, or oil and gas industries preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development for the Field Service team and ensure qualified technicians.
• Recruit and retain a global, diverse workforce with succession plans for critical roles.
• Maintain a positive SHEA culture, ensure safe site conditions and timely hazard reporting.
• Provide first-line supervision to Field Service Technicians and review reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Operations to update opportunities and plan resources.
• Oversee AMP scheduling and ensure technically sound quotations.
• Ensure use of standard Field Service procedures, forms and systems.
• Develop capital plans to acquire new tools and equipment.
• Drive field service closeout time, invoicing, and working capital optimization.
• Forecast financial utilization with the Field Service Coordinator.
