Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the team delivering installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs of pumps and associated equipment across multiple industries. You will ensure the health of the business by upholding Flowserve's core values and driving operational excellence in the field.

The role requires leadership experience, deep knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in field service environments.
Knowledge of pumps, valves, seals, and rotating equipment is preferred.
Experience in oil & gas, chemical, energy, or water industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead a culture of ongoing development for the team and technicians.
Recruit and retain a diverse workforce; manage succession plans.
Ensure SHEA standards are followed and incidents are minimized.
Supervise Field Service Technicians and review field service reports.
Coordinate with sales and operations to update opportunities and resources.
Assist with scheduling, quotations, and technical alignment with customers.
Ensure use of standard operating procedures and tools; manage calibration programs.
Travel up to 50% with overnight stays; maintain driving records.
