Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead its team delivering installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of pumps and equipment for energy, chemical, and wastewater clients. You will drive training, safety, and performance initiatives across the field service group.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service.
• Removal, repair, and installation of single/multi-stage pumps and rotating equipment.
• Experience in chemical, power, and/or oil and gas industries preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience desired.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field service team and ensure training and development.
• Recruit and retain a diverse, capable workforce.
• Maintain SHEA culture and safety at sites.
• Supervise technicians and review field service reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Operations on opportunities.
• Schedule Field Service activities and validate quotes.
• Ensure use of standard procedures and tools across activities.
• Develop capital plans for new tools and equipment.
• Engage with customers to demonstrate capabilities and value.
