Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service.
• Ability to lead and develop others in a field service team.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development for yourself and team members.
• Recruit and retain a global, diverse workforce with succession plans.
• Support a positive SHEA culture to reduce injuries and hazards.
• Supervise Field Service Technicians and review field service reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Ops to update opportunities and plan resources.
• Ensure tools and procedures are followed; validate quotes with CoOps.
• Develop capital plans and tools to support field activities.
• Meet key accounts and communicate capabilities and improvements.
