Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead daily operations of the field service team, ensuring top-quality service for pumps and related equipment across oil & gas, chemical, nuclear, and wastewater sectors.

The role emphasizes developing technicians, coordinating with sales and operations, and maintaining safety standards while driving profitable service delivery. Occasional travel and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service.
• Experience reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in chemical, power, and/or oil & gas industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culture of ongoing development for yourself and others.
• Recruit and retain a global and diverse workforce for the present and future.
• Support a positive SHEA culture to reduce injuries and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide first line supervision to Field Service Technicians and review reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Operations to update opportunities and ensure resource readiness.
• Oversee AMP scheduling and ensure technically sound quotations.
• Ensure standardized Field Service procedures and tool calibration programs are followed.
• Travel 50% of the time with overnight stays as required.
