Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the team responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of pumps and equipment across key industries. You will manage day-to-day field operations, uphold Flowserve’s core values, and drive safe, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service.
Skilled in removal, repair, and installation of pumps and rotating equipment.
Experience in chemical, power, oil and gas industries preferred.
Supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead ongoing development for the field service team and ensure trained technicians for all equipment.
Recruit and retain a diverse workforce and establish succession plans for critical roles.
Support a safe SHEA culture and ensure hazard-free work environments at sites.
Supervise field technicians, review reports, and identify upgrade opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Ops to update opportunities and align with customer expectations.
