Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and develop a global field service team, ensuring safe operating practices and high-quality service at customer sites. The role focuses on training, recruitment, and coordinating field work across multiple industries, with a strong emphasis on process discipline and customer satisfaction.

The supervisor will manage daily priorities for Field Service Technicians, review site reports, and drive opportunities with the Sales/Commercial Ops

Qualifications

Must have relevant academic qualifications. Eg College certificate/diploma and five+ years of mechanical field service experience.
Experience in supervising field teams and coordinating service activities.
Ability to travel up to 50% and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and training plans for Field Service Technicians.
Recruit and retain a global, diverse workforce and manage succession plans.
Support SHEA culture to reduce injuries and ensure safe work environments.
Supervise Field Service Technicians and review site reports.
Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Ops to update opportunities and plan resource availability.
Ensure AMP scheduling actions and validate quotations align with customer expectations.
Ensure standardized procedures and tool calibration, and develop capital plans for tools.
