Flowserve seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations of our Field Service Team across multiple industries. You will recruit, develop, and guide technicians while ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time execution of service activities in the field.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with sales and operations to maximize asset performance and minimize costs. Occasional travel (up to 50%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in mechanical field service.
• BS or BA Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with pumps and rotating equipment is preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Willing to travel up to 50% with overnight stays as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a culture of ongoing development and ensure trained Field Service Technicians.
• Recruit and retain a global, diverse workforce for future needs.
• Maintain safe, hazard-free work environment and SHEA culture.
• Supervise Field Service Technicians and review site reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/ComOps to update opportunities and plan resources.
• Ensure field service processes, tools, and systems are used consistently.
• Develop capital plans for tools and equipment for field activities.
• Meet with key customers to explain capabilities and future plans.
