Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the Field Service Team across oil & gas, chemical, nuclear and water industries. You will lead training, recruitment, and health/safety initiatives while ensuring high service standards and timely job execution.

The role requires coordinating with sales, operations, and support teams, driving profitability and customer satisfaction. Travel up to 50% and a strong focus on technical excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of mechanical field service experience.
• Experience leading a field service team and managing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of safety, SHEA culture, and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development of field service team and training plans.
• Recruit and retain a diverse workforce and implement succession plans.
• Support safety culture and manage site hazards with the SHEA manager.
• Supervise Field Service Technicians, review reports, identify upgrade opportunities.
• Coordinate opportunities and ensure availability and competencies for the region.
• Oversee AMP scheduling actions and ensure sound quotations.
• Ensure standard Field Service procedures and tool calibration programs.
• Collaborate on capital plans for tools and equipment.
• Meet key customers with regional sales to demonstrate capabilities.
• Drive rapid closeout of jobs and manage invoicing and receivables.
