Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver technical support to dealers in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. You will assist with product quality and warranty issues and drive service activities across the network.

Ideal candidates are engineering graduates (preferably Mechanical), with at least 2 years' related experience, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with travel up to 50%.

Formación

• Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and possess a valid Driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to dealers on product, quality and warranty issues.
• Engaged with vehicle evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure dealer technical/warranty processes conform to SFP guidelines.
• Implement and monitor service activities.
