Advanced Sterilization Products in Argentina seeks a Field Service Engineer responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment at customer sites. You'll ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree and has experience in field service. This position also offers bonus eligibility as part of the compensation package and requires frequent travel to customer locations.

Position Summary

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at customer sites. This role ensures equipment reliability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with ASP safety and quality standards while acting as the primary technical interface between customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, start‑up, calibration, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with ASP procedures.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to customers.
• Prepare detailed service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during all service activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Technical Support, Sales, and Operations, to resolve customer issues.
• Support customer training on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Manage spare parts requirements and recommend service improvements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, technical support, or equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Availability to travel frequently and work at customer sites.
