Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver technical support to dealers in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. You will assist with product quality and warranty issues and drive service activities across the network.

Ideal candidates are engineering graduates (preferably Mechanical), with at least 2 years' related experience, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with travel up to 50%.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assist dealer to all product, quality and warranty issues.
• Engaged with vehicle evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Ensures that Dealer technical/warranty process conforms to SFP Guidelines.
• Implementation and monitoring of service activities.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• With at least 2 years of experience in related field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must know how to drive with valid Driver's license.
• With strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
