Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for Philips equipment in healthcare settings across Argentina. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, install upgrades, and ensure safety and compliance.

You will document service activities in ServiceMax and other systems, submit reports on time, and collaborate with customers to resolve issues.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting healthcare technologies in hospital or clinical environments (4+ years).
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (DXR/IGT) is a plus.
• Intermediate English to read technical manuals and service documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Philips equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform upgrades/repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues per diagnostics.
• Submit service reports and administrative documentation on time.
• Maintain service documentation in ServiceMax and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with Philips quality, safety, and training standards.
