Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical support for healthcare equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs and installations on Philips systems, and document activities in ServiceMax.

Travel within Argentina, with an afternoon shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) and a valid driver’s license preferred. You will respond to escalations, ensure safety and quality compliance, and collaborate with customers to resolve issues

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field with at least 4 years of healthcare tech experience.
• Experience supporting diagnostic imaging equipment (DXR/IGT or related modalities).
• Intermediate English and ability to read technical manuals and service docs.
• Willingness to travel within Argentina and hold a valid driver's license (preferred).
• Afternoon shift availability from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for Philips equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs and installations.
• Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and Philips procedures.
• Submit accurate service reports and administrative documentation on time.
• Maintain service documentation in ServiceMax and other Philips systems.
• Ensure compliance with Philips quality, safety, and training requirements.
