Job summary

Bluelight is seeking an UX Analyst focused on product workflows for a Field Operations SaaS product. The role centers on mapping end-to-end processes from field capture to review and reporting, redesigning flows to minimize steps, and writing precise logic and specs for engineering execution.

You’ll prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability tests while aligning with a two-person design team. Remote across LATAM with a flexible 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step SaaS workflows.
• Portfolio showing the full path from problem to final design.
• Strong capability to write clear flow documentation and specs.
• Ability to design and map edge cases, errors, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end from field capture to report.
• Redesign flows to reduce steps and increase clarity.
• Write logic, branches, and edge cases for flows for engineering to build.
• Design offline and retry states to communicate status when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with usability runs.
