Job summary

Bluelight is hiring a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a fully remote role across LATAM. You will own how work moves through the product, from field capture to review and reporting, focusing on process and flow rather than visual polish.

You’ll collaborate with a design partner and report to the Head of Engineering as your designs are built, not archived. You’ll map workflows, reduce steps, and write clear flow documentation so engineering can implement the flows with high fidelity.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B, SaaS, operations or field tools.
• Portfolio showing the full path from problem to mapping to logic to final design.
• Systems thinking across states, branches, permissions, errors, and edge cases.
• Clear flow documentation and specs engineering can build from.
• Proficient in mapping and prototyping in Figma for handoff.
• AI fluency to explore options quickly without reducing quality.
• Strong focus on accessibility (contrast, tap targets, text size, focus order).

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end: field capture, sync, review, report.
• Interview workflow users and redesign with fewer steps.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases for each flow so engineering builds it right.
• Design offline and retry states so users know status when signal is weak.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Prepare annotated specs (states, rules, microcopy) for engineers.
• Review builds, log issues precisely, and confirm fixes before sign-off.
