Job summary

Encora seeks a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) to own end-to-end workflow design for a Field Operations SaaS. You’ll map and simplify multi-step flows from field capture to review, collaborating with a visuals-focused teammate to cover process and flow rather than polish.

You’ll document logic and edge cases for engineers, prototype in Figma, and run quick usability checks. This remote LATAM role offers weekly USD payments and close collaboration with the Head of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows (B2B, SaaS, operations, or field tools).
• Portfolio showing the whole path from problem to mapping to logic to final, not just polished screens.
• Systems thinking: design for states, branches, permissions, errors, and empty cases.
• Write clear flow documentation and specs engineers can build from.
• Strong Figma skills for mapping, prototyping, and handoff.
• AI fluency: use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Figma AI to speed options without lowering quality.
• Working with accessibility: contrast, tap targets, text size, focus order.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end, from field capture to sync to review to report.
• Talk to workflow users and redesign with fewer steps.
• Write logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow for engineering to implement.
• Design offline and retry states so users see status when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Annotate specs for states, rules, and microcopy for build-ready handoff.
• Review builds, log issues precisely, and confirm fixes before sign-off.
