This role demands a sophisticated understanding of senior-level recruitment, exceptional networking capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully placing C-suite and senior management professionals.

You will operate with autonomy, managing complex search assignments for prominent clients across various sectors within Gauteng and beyond.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in executive search, preferably retained or specialized recruitment.
• Proven success placing senior leadership (C-suite, Director, VP).
• Strong market mapping, candidate sourcing, and client management abilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute retained executive search assignments from start to finish.
• Develop targeted search strategies to engage high-caliber passive candidates.
• Conduct executive assessments, including competency and psychometric evaluations.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and client organizations.
• Provide market insights and strategic talent advice to clients.
• Manage the offer process with confidentiality and professionalism.
