Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager for construction projects. This fully remote leadership role oversees end-to-end delivery, budgets, schedules, and quality across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and at least 12 years of progressive PM experience on large-scale projects, with strong leadership, negotiation, and risk management skills; proficiency in PM

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
Proficiency in project management software and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from initiation to closeout.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders in a remote setting.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
